& 3: Both poems are augmented with stanzas inspired by the Gnostic Gospel of Thomas and the spiritual path known as A Course in Miracles  Both poems teach that we are not the body, separate from each other and bound to the dualistic nature of the world, but rather the stillness at the heart of awareness itself.

The Mist is an original visualization meditation designed to bring peace and relaxation. “.. you roll and tumble and spread across the meadow, held by the wind, supported by the wind, you do nothing and everything is done ...”

An original guided visualization. “The air is heavy with honey-suckle and wild rose and the gentle breezes bring the aroma of the budding trees, the blossoming flowers and the tender young grasses.”

The great mystical poem contained in Nag Hammadi Library, the Voice of the Divine Feminine, spoken in antithetical and paradoxical terms in the ‘I AM’ genre, for instance, ‘I am the barren one, but my sons are legion,’ suggesting that the ground of being is beyond words and concepts.  ‘I am the hearing attainable by all, but the speech understood by none.’ Here the teaching is that our inner voice for peace is always available, but our ego, the part of us that separates us from our peace, always speaks first.  But the ego doesn’t understand the language of love, only the language of fear and hatred.

An original guided healing meditation that bathes the body with your healing intentions.  (Voice and notes by Peter Ferraro - ©2008.)
