and Rutgers University, Peter writes his own meditations and has studied intensively in
the field of Comparative Religions. His specialty includes world-class guided
relaxation meditations & healing imagery and facilitating our study group for A Course in Miracles. A mathematician by training, Peter is published in the American Mathematical Monthly and Mathematics
Magazine.

Lisa Ferraro is
a performer and singer from New York City. Lisa specializes in a Vinyasa Flow style of yoga from Laughing Lotus in NYC,
steeped in the philosophy of Krishnamacharya (teacher of Iyengar and Pattabhi Jois) and incorporating the sutras of Patanjali.
Her authentic presentation of devotional yoga, blending action and inaction, brings a fun and soulful experience to her class.
Lisa Iuliano, a former National,
World and Olympic Competitor and a former quadruple gold-medalist in figure-skating, is certified in Personal Training and
Pilates. Lisa's charismatic and can-do personality will inspire your best effort. She offers a challenging, but

Lauren Freeman-McDonough, a Juilliard-trained dancer
and choreographer, Lauren will be joining Westfield Yoga to teach an evening and weekend Hatha
Flow Yoga class. She is a member
of the Yoga Alliance, a fitness trainer and
physical therapist exercise
instructor.

enthusiast all her life, Valerie began her training

her hometown New York City. Her unique
