7:15PM Check out this new spa and wellness center in Scotch Plains,
NJ. Come and enjoy the pulse of life through drumming and then open your voice to chant, Lisa is bringing her harmonium with
other musical guests. Her Dad, Peter Ferraro, will be the facilitator of the evening and will use his poems and fiddle playing
to get you into an Indiginous Native American Spirit as we drum and then chant our way to bliss. A fun evening for all ages.
Drums provided or bring your own. Treats will be served. Come early, browse the the shop and have a nosh anytime after 5PM.
Drumming starts at 7:15PM. $15 suggested donation

Learn how to relax and meditate. Peter's presentation
will include a description of the effects of stress on the body and benefits of meditation to relieve that stress. This
will be followed by progressive relaxation techniques, guided visualizations and healing poems from the various spiritual
traditions, including spiritual poems from the Native American tradition along with live fiddle music.
